🏢 असली दुनिया में
मालिक का फ़ोन आता है: “इस महीने salary और rent पर कितना ख़र्च हुआ, आज bank में कितना है, और P&L WhatsApp कर दो।” जिसे TallyPrime reports आती हैं वह बिना एक भी Excel sheet बनाए दो मिनट में तीनों जवाब दे देता है।

Drill down – total से voucher तक
TallyPrime की हर रकम “live” है: नीचे voucher ठीक करें और ऊपर की हर report तुरंत बदल जाती है। इसीलिए balance सीधे नहीं लिखते – voucher ठीक करते हैं।
Reports की ज़रूरी keys
Profit & Loss या ledger खोलकर Ctrl+H (Change View) से month-wise रकम देखें – जिस महीने ख़र्च अचानक बढ़ा उसे पकड़ने का सबसे तेज़ तरीका।

Print, export और share
- 1Report खोलकर अवधि और view सेट करें।
- 2Ctrl+E → format (Excel / PDF / JPEG) और folder चुनें → Send।
- 3Ctrl+P → पहले Preview, फिर Print।
- 4Ctrl+M से e-mail (mail account एक बार सेट करें)।

उदाहरण 1: “Profit कम पर cash ज़्यादा” समझाइए
Rohit को ₹12,880 का net loss हुआ पर उसके पास ₹87,120 cash और bank में ₹39,500 हैं। क्यों?
