What Google Keep is good for
Google Keep (keep.google.com and the Keep app) is a free notes app for quick thoughts, checklists, voice notes, photos and reminders. It syncs between phone and computer and works offline. For long documents use Google Docs; for quick capture, Keep is faster.
Notes, lists and labels
- Tap + (phone) or “Take a note…” (computer).
- For a list, tap the checkbox icon – each line becomes a tick-box item (homework list, shopping list, lab equipment).
- Add labels (# or ⋮ → Add label) such as Class10-IT, Exam, Personal.
- Use colours for subjects and pin important notes to the top.
- Search any word in the search bar – Keep also finds text inside photos you added.
Reminders
- Open a note → bell icon → choose a date and time, or a place (“Remind me when I reach school”) on phones with location on.
- Repeat: daily/weekly reminders for revision or medicine-free routines like “Water plants”.

A simple study system with Keep
- One label per subject; one pinned checklist “This week” with chapters to finish.
- Voice-note doubts during self-study; ask the teacher next day, then tick them.
- Photo notes of important board diagrams with the chapter name in the title.
- Every Sunday archive finished notes (Archive keeps them searchable but out of the way).

Keep के साथ सरल पढ़ाई system
- हर subject का एक label; “इस हफ़्ते” नाम की एक pinned checklist जिसमें ख़त्म करने वाले chapters।
- Self-study के दौरान doubts voice-note करें; अगले दिन teacher से पूछकर tick करें।
- ज़रूरी board diagrams की photo notes, title में chapter का नाम।
- हर रविवार पूरे हुए notes archive करें (Archive उन्हें searchable रखता है पर रास्ते से हटा देता है)।
