Make a clear poster in 6 steps
- Pick a template close to your purpose, then change it – do not just replace text.
- One big headline (event name), then date, time, venue, contact – in that order.
- Use 2 fonts and 2–3 colours (Brand kit or the school logo colours).
- Replace stock photos with your own school photos where possible (Uploads).
- Use Position → Align and keep equal spacing; leave empty space around the headline.
- Check spelling, date and phone number twice before sharing.
Hindi text in Canva
Type or paste Hindi directly. If matras break, choose a Devanagari font such as Noto Sans Devanagari, Hind, Mukta or Poppins (which supports Devanagari). Avoid decorative English fonts for Hindi lines.
Certificates for a whole class (Bulk Create)
- Design one certificate with a sample name in its own text box.
- Apps → Bulk create → enter data manually or upload a CSV/Excel with a Name column (and Class, Position if needed).
- Right-click the name text box → Connect data → Name.
- Continue → Generate – Canva makes one page per row.
- Check a few pages, then Share → Download → PDF Print.
Download the right format
- PDF Print – for printing (tick Crop marks and bleed only for professional printers).
- PNG – sharp text for WhatsApp/website.
- JPG – smaller size for photos.
- MP4 – animated posters/reels.

6 steps में साफ़ poster बनाएँ
- अपने उद्देश्य के करीब template चुनें, फिर बदलें – सिर्फ़ text न बदलें।
- एक बड़ा headline (event का नाम), फिर date, time, जगह, संपर्क – इसी क्रम में।
- 2 fonts और 2–3 रंग (Brand kit या school logo के रंग)।
- जहाँ हो सके stock photos की जगह अपने school की photos (Uploads)।
- Position → Align से बराबर spacing रखें; headline के आसपास ख़ाली जगह छोड़ें।
- Share से पहले spelling, date और phone number दो बार जाँचें।
Canva में Hindi text
Hindi सीधे type या paste करें। मात्राएँ टूटें तो Noto Sans Devanagari, Hind, Mukta या Poppins (जो Devanagari support करता है) जैसा font चुनें। Hindi lines के लिए सजावटी English fonts से बचें।
पूरी class के certificates (Bulk Create)
- एक certificate में sample नाम को अलग text box में रखकर design करें।
- Apps → Bulk create → data हाथ से भरें या Name column (ज़रूरत हो तो Class, Position) वाली CSV/Excel upload करें।
- Name text box पर right-click → Connect data → Name।
- Continue → Generate – Canva हर row का एक page बनाता है।
- कुछ pages जाँचें, फिर Share → Download → PDF Print।
सही format में download करें
- PDF Print – printing के लिए (Crop marks and bleed सिर्फ़ professional printers के लिए tick करें)।
- PNG – WhatsApp/website के लिए साफ़ text।
- JPG – photos के लिए छोटा size।
- MP4 – animated posters/reels।
