Day 4: SEO Content Writing & E-E-A-T

⏱ 75 min📶 Beginner🎯 100% self-study
Day 4 / 10

✅ Today you will learn

  • What “helpful, people-first content” means
  • E-E-A-T: experience, expertise, authoritativeness, trust
  • Plan a page with a content brief
  • Use keywords naturally – no stuffing
  • Use AI tools responsibly

🏢 In the real world

A competitor copied a 300-word “Tally course” page from another site and filled it with keywords. Sharma Computer Institute can win simply by writing the most useful page in Aligarh: honest fees, real syllabus, trainer details and answers to every question a student asks at the reception desk.

People-first content

Google’s ranking systems aim to reward content made to help people, not content made mainly to attract search clicks. Ask: would someone who reads this page feel they have learned enough to reach their goal, without searching again?

People-first

  • Written from real knowledge or experience
  • Answers the full question
  • Original photos, examples, data
  • Clear who wrote it and why to trust it

Search-engine-first

  • Summarises others with nothing new
  • Padded to a word count
  • Keywords repeated unnaturally
  • Many near-identical pages for each city
Google’s own self-assessment questions boil down to this

E-E-A-T

🧑‍🏫
ExperienceFirst-hand experience: the trainer has used Tally in a CA office for 8 years
🎓
ExpertiseKnowledge and skill shown in accurate, detailed content
🏛️
AuthoritativenessOthers recognise you – mentions, links, reviews
🔒
Trust (most important)Accurate facts, real address and phone, clear fees, HTTPS, honest reviews
E-E-A-T is a framework used by Google’s quality raters – not a single score
💡 Show, don’t claim

“Best institute in Aligarh” proves nothing. “142 students completed Tally in 2025; 61 got accounts jobs – see their reviews” builds trust.

Plan with a content brief

ItemTally course page
Main keywordtally course in aligarh
IntentCommercial / transactional – the reader is choosing a course
Reader18–30 years, B.Com/12th pass, wants an accounts job
Must answerWhat will I learn? How long? Fees? Timings? Certificate? Job help? Why this institute?
Proof (E-E-A-T)Trainer’s real experience, student results, lab photos, address, reviews
OutlineH1 → who it is for → syllabus → fees & batches → trainer → student results → FAQs → enquiry button
Internal linksAdvanced Excel course, GST course, contact page

Structure for easy reading: short paragraphs (2–4 lines), descriptive H2s, bullet lists for syllabus and fees, a table for batch timings, and an FAQ section built from “People also ask” and real questions from students.

Keywords without stuffing

Natural1636.3%

Stuffed (avoid)

  • Tally course in Aligarh is the best tally course in Aligarh. Our tally course in Aligarh is cheap. Join the tally course in Aligarh today because this tally course in Aligarh is the top tally course in Aligarh for every student who wants a tally course in Aligarh.

Natural (use)

  • Want a job in accounts? Our Tally course in Aligarh teaches TallyPrime the way offices use it: vouchers, GST returns, inventory and payroll. You practise on real-style data from a local shop, finish a full month of accounts in Day 13, and leave with a project you can show at interviews. Batches are small, so the trainer checks every entry you make.
Same keyword – one reads like spam, one helps the reader
ℹ️ There is no “ideal keyword density”

Use the main keyword in the title, H1 and early in the text, then write naturally with related words (syllabus, GST, vouchers, fees). Repeating the exact phrase is keyword stuffing, which is against Google’s spam policies.

Using AI tools responsibly

  • Google judges content by quality and usefulness, not by whether a human or AI typed it. Using automation mainly to manipulate rankings is spam.
  • Use AI for outlines, idea lists and first drafts; then add your own experience, local facts, photos and checked figures.
  • Always fact-check fees, dates, laws and rates. AI can be confidently wrong.
  • Never publish hundreds of auto-generated pages with no added value (“scaled content abuse”).
💼 Office practice – professional tipUpdate important pages on a schedule: fees, batch dates and syllabus every 3 months. A visible “Last updated” date that is actually true builds trust; changing the date without changing content does not.

Solved examples

Example 1: Turn reception questions into an FAQ

Real questionFAQ answer (short, specific)
Do I need accounts knowledge? No. The first 2 weeks teach accounting basics before TallyPrime.
Is the certificate valid for jobs? You get the institute certificate and a project file; employers mainly test your practical skill, which we practise daily.
Can I pay fees in parts?Yes, in two instalments – at admission and after month 1.
Will I get job help?We share openings from local CA offices and traders and run mock interviews; we do not promise placement.

Note the honest last answer – promising placement you cannot guarantee damages trust.

Practice exercises (unsolved – answer hidden)

Try each exercise yourself first – on paper, in a text editor or on your own site – then open the answer to check.

🏋️ Practice – do it yourself

Task 1: Count the keyword “excel course in agra” in this text and say whether it reads naturally: “Learn Excel in Agra. Our Excel course in Agra covers formulas, pivot tables and charts. The Excel course in Agra runs on weekends.”
Show solutionIt appears 2 times in 23 words (about 34.8% of the text). It is repetitive – rewrite the third sentence as “Classes run on weekends.” and add useful details (fees, duration, trainer).
Task 2: Write a content brief (keyword, intent, reader, must-answer questions, proof, outline, internal links) for a blog post “How to prepare for the CCC exam”.
Show solutionExample: keyword “how to prepare for ccc exam”; intent informational; reader – students and job seekers needing the CCC certificate; must answer – syllabus, exam pattern, passing marks, study plan, practice tests, common mistakes; proof – trainer’s results, sample questions written by the institute; outline – H1, what is CCC, exam pattern, 30-day plan, practice questions, mistakes, FAQs; internal links – CCC course page, free typing test, computer basics notes. Check the current exam pattern on the official NIELIT site before publishing.

Day 5: technical SEO – robots.txt, sitemap, canonical, redirects, HTTPS and structured data.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should an SEO article be?
As long as needed to fully answer the question – there is no fixed word count. A fees page may be short; a complete guide may be long.
Can I copy content from another site and rewrite it?
Copying or lightly rewriting others’ content adds no value and can infringe copyright. Write from your own knowledge and add original examples.
